The Bible and Pitch Deck for BEATRICE, a 6 episode dramatic series and legal thriller is complete; the series is based on a documentary I directed on one of the bravest women in the world, Beatrice Mtetwa, a human rights lawyer in Zimbabwe, a lawless country.
Why am I pitching BEATRICE now? Because Beatrice’s story shows that resistance is possible, even when it seems impossible to act or to make a difference. Beatrice’s message to stand up, not stand by is a universal one, and in the world in which we are living, BEATRICE will inspire anyone, anywhere.
